The TOPBAND 24AH LITHIUM BATTERIES have a life span of approx 2,000 cycles.  that is one discharge and charge = one cycle. So for someone who plays 2-3 times a week that is well over 10 years use from the one battery.

Also, The TOPBAND batteries have prismatic cells compared to the cheaper cylindrical cells (as used on cheap scooters etc) which are completely safe in any situation/environment.
